Kayaking is an inherently dangerous activity. Prior experience and knowledge is required for safe kayaking

By completing this form you are acknowledging that you are an experienced paddler and take full responsibility for the safety of yourself and the group. In doing so you confirm that yourself and each member of the party;

- Can confidently swim 25M

- Understand the risk involved in kayaking

- Has a knowledge of water safety and the effect of wind, tide, cold water temperature and other factors relevant to the location of use

- Will use the buoyancy aid provided

- Acknowledge that Rugged Coast will not be held liable for any loss or damage caused to the participant or their possessions due to booking or participating in our activity.

Equipment Damage Liability - In addition to the safety of the group, by signing this you will also be liable to pay for any damage to any of the boards and accessories upto a total value of £850 per item.
