Paddleboarding is an inherently dangerous activity. Prior experience and knowledge is required for safe paddleboarding.

By completing this form you are acknowledging that you are an experienced paddleboarder and take full responsibility for the safety of yourself. In doing so you confirm that you

- Can confidently swim 25M

- Understand the risk involved in paddleboarding

- Has a knowledge of water safety and the effect of wind, tide, cold water temperature and other factors relevant to the location 

- Will use a leash 

- Will use a buoyancy aid 

- Acknowledge that Rugged Paddleboard will not be held liable for any loss or damage caused to the participant or their possessions due to booking or participating in our activity.
