E Foiling is a dangerous activity. We strongly advise professional instruction before use. Even with professional instruction it is still a high risk activity which can result in life changing injuries, loss of limbs, fingers, toes etc and even death. 

By completing this form you are acknowledging that;

- You understand the risk involved in E Foiling. These risks include loss of digits, limbs, serious bodily injury and death 

- You understand that removing the prop guard will increase the above risks

- You understand that use of the folding prop will increase the above risks

- You understand that the product is for advanced e foil riders only and not suitable for beginners or intermediate riders

- You understand the risk of fire with the use and storage of lithium batteries

- The equipment is second hand and thus does not come with any warranty

- Full payment must be received before goods will be transferred

- You have inspected the equipment fully and are happy with its condition

- You have received the goods

- Acknowledge that Rugged Coast / The Rugged Group Ltd will not be held liable for any loss or damage caused to the purchaser or their possessions due to the use of the efoil or accessories

- Understand that we require two forms of ID to verify your identity
