*PLEASE NOTE RENTAL ARE FOR THOSE WITH PRIOR EXPERIENCE WE WILL NOT PROVIDE EQUIPMENT TO ANYONE WHO DOES NOT HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE NOR A REFUND. 

Rugged Coast Rentals

Cycling is an inherently dangerous activities. Prior experience and knowledge is required for safe cycling. By completing this form you are acknowledging that you take full responsibility for the safety of yourself and the group. And that you confirm you

- Understand the risk involved in cycling. These risks may include minor and major injuries or death as a results of crashes, falls, impacts etc. 

- Understand that whilst all checks and precautions are taken in provision of equipment it is the users responsibility to ensure the bikes are suitable and safe. And to notify a staff member immediately if damage is found. 

- Will return the bikes in a the same condition as provided less normal wear and tear. 

- Have been provided with a suitable helmet and encouraged to wear one

- Will only ride the bikes on paved tracks, roads, and well made forest tracks. And understand they are not suitable for mountain biking.

- Acknowledge that Rugged Coast Glencoe will not be held liable for any loss or damage caused to the participant or their possessions due to booking or participating in our activity.

Equipment Damage Liability - In addition to the safety of the group, by signing this you will also be liable to pay for any damage or loss to any of the bikes and accessories upto a total value of £300 per item.
